SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed Tuesday through Thursday are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Orders placed Friday through Monday will begin shipping the following Tuesday.
Please note that shipping timelines may vary during holidays, special events, or busy shopping seasons. We do our best to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible!
Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please contact us before placing your order. We will gladly provide a shipping quote and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and are not guaranteed by Mestiza Shop.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

We hope you love everything you purchase from Mestiza! Because many of our products are handmade, produced in small batches, or sourced from independent artists, we have a limited return policy.
Final Sale Items

These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns Within 5 Days
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 5 calendar days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.
Handmade & Artisan Goods
Many of the beautiful items we carry are handmade, hand-painted, or individually decorated by artisans. Small variations in color, texture, shape, size, and finish are part of what makes these pieces unique!
Natural blemishes, slight imperfections, and variations resulting from the materials or handmade process are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or store credit.
We celebrate these special characteristics because they reflect the artistry and individuality of each piece.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package our merchandise, but occasionally something may go wrong.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.
We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Items that have been worn, washed, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return unless they are defective or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
